Not too long before midnight Saturday
, July 7, 2007 (7/7/07) Kelli Scalf died. She finally stepped through the
looking glass. Her pain is gone for good. Kelli is truly a good woman.
Kelli wanted me to thank all of you
for your kindnesses and concerns for her. The trip to Yakima was her last
ride. She had a grand time thanks to you. She knew her time was short and
wanted to be with you one last time. I think that if you are not looking you
just might see her out of the corner of your eye....riding
Lola.....smiling.....wishing you all well.

providing never-ceasing warmth and light, courage and strength. She was our
inspiration, her flicker reminding us of all that is good regardless of life’s
trials and tribulations.
